Dumplings , pork fried Rice and orange sauce
Dumplings:
1.2 # ground pork
1 bunch garlic minced
3 T maple
3 t sesamee oil
1 T hoisin
4 stalks chopped bok choy
1 stock sliced leeks
1 cup shredded carrots
2 eggs
2 T minced ginger
Orange sauce:
1/4 c mirin
1/4 c rice vinegar
1 T chili flakes
1 T Cholula
1 zested orange
2 juiced oranges
2 T honey
1 T minced garlic
1 T minced ginger
(2 T cornstarch cold water slurry)
Rice:
2 eggs
1 T soy
1 1/2 T sesamee oil
(Whisk and fry)
2 T sesame oil
1 bunch minced garlic
4 c cooked and chilled rice
(Fry on high heat)
Green onions
2 chinese sausages diced and cooked
6 carrots diced
1 c frozen peas
1 T oysree sauce
(Combine all and done!)

Veggie stuffed peppers
1 red
1 green
1 yellow
1 orange
Pepperz
1 can refried beans
1 can black beans
1 can cantenelli white beans
1 can whole sweet corn kernnels
1 can diced garlic tomatoes
1 can red enchilada sauce (1/2 can for under peppers)
1/4 c maple syrup
1 T cumin
1 t corriander
1 t chilis
1 t salt
Lots of pepp-ah
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
Small red onion
Small yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
