Veggie stuffed peppers

1 red
1 green
1 yellow
1 orange
Pepperz

1 can refried beans
1 can black beans
1 can cantenelli white beans
1 can whole sweet corn kernnels
1 can diced garlic tomatoes
1 can red enchilada sauce (1/2 can for under peppers)
1/4 c maple syrup

1 T cumin
1 t corriander
1 t chilis
1 t salt
Lots of pepp-ah

1 1/2 cup cooked rice

Small red onion
Small yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
