Pesto Cauliflower pizza

Pesto Cauliflower pizza


1# multi grain dough

1/2 red onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 orange pepper
15 cherry tomatoes

1/3 head cauliflower

1 ball mozzerella 
1/2 cup pesto
1 cup basil tomato sauce 

Oregano on top


Chop the veggies
And let the dough rest
Start roasting cherry tomatoes


Spread on pesto, sauce and garlic
Add the toppings in layers 


Bake 325-350
20-25 minutes until cheese has browned


Use extra veggies for delicious salad:
