Chicken club crescent ring



Chicken bacon crescent ring

1/3# chicken 
2 deseeded jalapeños
1 bunch scallions
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/3 cup roasted red peppers
2 oz herbed goat cheese
3/4 block of seriously sharp cheddar 
1 egg
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup mayo
2 Roma tomatoes
12 oz maple bacon 
Salt & pepper 
Pack of crescents 

Gather ingredients



Cook the chicken and strain


While it's cooking chop jalapeños, scallions, and peppers, put in bowl with garlic.


Then cook bacon and set chicken aside. Tip: it's easier to dice before you cook. 


While bacon cooks shred cheese and pull chicken and add to pepper mixture. 


Then add bacon, egg, mayo and anything else! This is our ring filling!! 


Lay out croissants in this pattern 

Apply filling


Wrap the crescent inward and fill cracks with tomatoe slices!! 


I used fresh croissant dough so I had to let it proof a little, if you use canned oils bury dough it's ready to bake
375-400 for about 35- 40 min


I served it with a ranch sour cream mix!! 
Yum yum..
