Whole wheat buttermilk pancakes
(With blueberry ginger jam!)
2 eggs
2 T powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
2t vanilla
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup whole wheat
1 cup white wheat
1 t salt
4-8 T water
Mix eggs oil and sugar until smooth
Then add flour and buttermilk.
Then use water to thin down to pancake consistency!
