Garlic teriyaki stir fry


Garlic teriyaki stir fry: 

1 cup uncooked rice of choice

1 green pepper
1/2 an onion
4 stalks celery
7 med. sized radishes
5 chopped carrots
1 small head broccoli 

Start cooking rice and chop veggies 

Heat up deep frying pan with 1/4 cup oil 
(Medium heat), add veggies and cook until not raw but still crisp 
(Put a lid on for about 5 min) 


Add about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (or sauce of choice) 


Place rice on plate and top with veggies!
