Taco salad!

Taco salad: 

1 onion

1 green pepper 

2 handful salad greens 

1/2 cup cheddar jack

1/8 cup blue cheese 

1 small bottle Catalina dressing 

1/2 # hamburg 

1 taco seasoning packet

1/2 bag of nacho Doritos 

Chop veggies 

Cook hamburg with 3/4 of taco seasoning

Prepare lettuce and cheese for lift off

Combine veggies and cheeses

Add hamburg 

Add crushed chips

Add all Catalina and mix
