Tomato basil wheat pizza


Tomatoe basil whereat pizza: 

1# wheat dough ball
2 Roma tomatoes
1 bunch if basil 
1/2 # of fresh mozzarella 
2 tablespoons oregano
1 cup basil tomato sauce

Slice tomatoes, mozzerella and pull apart basil

Stretch out dough. Let sit. Light grill and oil grates just before grilling. 
(Tip: the dough will be difficult to place on grill, be prepared to immediately fix displaced dough)

Take off grill and add sauce to grilled side


Add toppings

Put back on grill 
(Tip: pull pizza off paddle into grill don't shake off and upset toppings) 

Cook until mozzerella is as desires. 
(Tip: we wanted our mozzerella browned so we turned off one side of the grill and left the side on the pizza wasn't to continue cooking top but not bottom.) 


Slice, eat, enjoy! 

Pairs nicely with a red hook IPA!!
